I'm a Programme and Project manager who simplifies deliveries across complex projects. ​I bring clarity and structure to fast-moving programmes promising punctuality and quality whilst sticking to budgets.

With over eight years’ experience, I have delivered high-value projects by aligning stakeholders, managing risk, and motivating teams to get results. By defining roles clearly, I ensure that stakeholders are held to account, with no ambiguity about who is responsible, making it easier to track delivery, address shortfalls, and eliminate excuses.

I lead with a growth mindset, identifying resistance affecting teams and transforming this into momentum by motivating individuals and cultivating their buy-in.
